Enter value for X and Y arguments
Texture animation
To animate texture only:

Select Insert > Action
Double click Action cell on highlighted row in Actions Editor
Select Actions > Animation > Set texture X (or Set texture Y)
Enter value for X (or Y) argument (from 0 to 1)
