Select widget
Select Insert > Action
Double click Action cell on highlighted row in Actions Editor
Select Actions > Animation > Set Width (or Set Height)
Enter value for Width (or Height) argument

Width and Height animation

Select Insert > Action
Double click Action cell on highlighted row in Actions Editor
Select Actions > Animation > Set size
Enter value for Width and Height arguments

Scale animation

Select widget
Select Insert > Action
Double click Action cell on highlighted row in Actions Editor
Select Actions > Animation > Set scale
Enter value for Scale argument

Note: Scale changes texture size, not widget.
